Robby helped form Jupiter Capital Partners in 2026. As the Managing Director, Robby concentrates on sourcing, executing, and managing investment opportunities while working alongside management teams to drive transformational outcomes.

Prior to Jupiter, Robby was instrumental and led the sale of Sparboe Farms, a third-generation family business in the shell egg industry. His stewardship of family capital led to the creation of Jupiter in collaboration with the Sparboe Farm’s shareholders. Prior to Sparboe, Robby worked in Corporate Development at Cargill, C.H.Robinson (NYSE: CHRW), and UnitedHealth Group (NYSE: UNH) where he focused on M&A transactions and strategic growth initiatives. 

Robby is a graduate of University of St. Thomas Opus College of Business (MBA) and Saint John’s University (BA).
